英文契約書の基本的用語/表現 - whatsoever, wheresoever, howsoever等
whatsoever, wheresoever, howsoever等は、必ず使用しなければならない言葉ではありませんが、強調の意味でよく使用されます。

"Taxes" means all present and future taxes, levies, imposts, duties or charges of any nature whatsoever, and wheresoever imposed, including (without limitation) value added tax or any similar tax and any franchise, transfer, sales, use, business occupation, excise, personal property, real property, stamp, gross income, fuel, leasing, occupational, turnover, excess profits, excise, gross receipts, franchise, registration, licence, corporation, capital gains, export/import, income, levies, imposts, withholdings or other taxes or duties of any nature whatsoever (or any other amount corresponding to any of the foregoing) now or hereafter imposed, levied, collected, withheld or assessed by any national or regional taxing or fiscal authority or agency, together with any penalties, additions to tax, fines or interest thereon, and Tax and Taxation shall be construed accordingly.
